What is Genesis?
Genesis is an Enterprise AI Operating System — a single platform for building AI teams, running missions, managing projects, and governing AI adoption across an organization.
How are AI Teams different from a single AI agent or chatbot?
An AI Team is a persistent, role-based group with defined scope and reporting lines — closer to a department than a single assistant. Teams execute Blueprints and Missions with approvals and audit trails built in.
Which AI models does Genesis support?
Genesis routes requests through the AI Provider Gateway, which is provider-agnostic. You can mix and switch model providers without rewriting your workflows.
How does Genesis keep our data secure?
Every workspace is access-controlled with role-based permissions, and all AI-driven actions are logged with a full audit trail. Safety Authority policies add organization-wide guardrails on top.
Can we control where our data is processed?
Enterprise plans support deployment and provider-routing configurations that account for data residency requirements — talk to sales about your specific constraints.
How do we report a security vulnerability?
Reach out through the Contact page's Technical Support category and mark the message as security-related; it will be routed to the right team promptly.
Does Genesis support SSO?
Yes. SSO and SCIM provisioning are available on the Enterprise plan, alongside custom role definitions for fine-grained access control.
How do API keys and session tokens work?
Genesis issues scoped API keys for programmatic access and short-lived session tokens for interactive use, both governed by the same role-based permission system as the rest of the platform.
Is multi-factor authentication supported?
Yes, multi-factor authentication is available for all plans and can be enforced organization-wide on Enterprise plans.
Can Genesis be self-hosted?
Yes. Genesis supports both a managed deployment and a self-hosted option for organizations with specific infrastructure requirements — see the Deployment section of the documentation.
What uptime can we expect from the managed offering?
The managed deployment is built for production reliability with durable mission execution and checkpointing. Enterprise plans include a dedicated SLA — contact sales for specifics.
How does Genesis scale with usage?
Workspaces, AI teams, and mission execution scale independently, and the AI Provider Gateway centralizes rate-limit and cost controls as usage grows.
What's included in the Free plan?
Free includes one workspace with up to three members, one AI team, core project management, and standard AI provider gateway access — no credit card required.
Is Genesis billed per seat or per AI team?
Professional is billed per human member. AI teams and the workflows they run are not billed per seat.
How is Enterprise pricing determined?
Enterprise pricing is customized to your organization's scale, governance requirements, and support needs — contact sales for a quote.
What governance controls does Enterprise include?
Enterprise adds Safety Authority policy enforcement, organization-wide audit exports, custom roles, and dedicated provider gateway limits on top of everything in Professional.
Does Genesis help with compliance requirements?
Enterprise Governance provides audit trails and exportable records of AI-driven decisions, which regulated organizations use as part of their compliance reviews.
What support comes with the Enterprise plan?
Enterprise includes dedicated onboarding and priority support, in addition to the priority email support available on Professional.
